I order here every day and usually just get my coffee and a coffee roll. Sometimes I get my sister a coffee, which is the same as mine, and they always come made 2 different ways. How does that work? Today I ordered a bagel for the second time and I get this burnt plain bagel and yesterday's was fine. Sometimes I wonder wat they are looking at. Ok day 2 of ordering a bagel and will probably be my last. Someone needs to train these people this is burnt not toasted.

The bigger lady with that works their with blonde hair is always being lazy and not wanting to make the food I want their in person and she complained right infront of me about the food I ordered and then when I get on DoorDash from the same place they mess up my order two time in a row and when I went to the store to see who was working it was her every time she should get fired the way she’s so lazy

I order online all the time so I don't know who is doing my order and I feel like I see new faces a lot. They do forget things in your order but are always happy to correct. But recently I found out the only 1 worker who is sketch who never smiles unless she knows you. Never speaks to you if you ask her for something that was missed JUST walks away and sends someone else to fix it she is the manager!
