Absolutely unacceptable. I experienced a strong potential for food poisoning at this restaurant. There was a worker with one tooth and disturbing tattoos preparing the food. She handed me a frozen coffee that had hair all over it. After she noticed, she removed the hair, looking quite embarrassed, but I refused to drink it. She wasn’t wearing any hair covering. I can't believe someone like that is allowed to work with food. I will never return to this location.
I’ve consistently had issues with my coffee order; they never seem to get it right. To make matters worse, the coffee is usually served scalding hot, making it difficult to drink. When I returned to address the issue, they gave me cream even though my coffee was made with milk.
In my best Homer Simpson voice: "Mmm... glazed donuts are the best! I was totally hooked on Dunkin' for a while. I had to go cold turkey!"
I love Dunkin!! Especially the rewards program. I have been drinking a medium coffee for $2 for the past month and a half. Love it!! Book a table now
