I'm disappointed to write such a negative review, especially since I've been a loyal Dunkin Donuts customer for about seven months. My daughter and I visited the drive-thru and ordered a medium dragon fruit refresher along with two small hot caramel coffees. When we arrived at the window, the total came to $17. Confused by the high price, we asked the woman behind the counter, who was of Indian descent, for an explanation. She informed us that the two small coffees were $6 each and the medium refresher was $5.
I paid with my credit card, and she handed me the receipt, which surprisingly showed a total of $9.56—far less than the amount she had mentioned or what was displayed on the screen. W...
I order from this DD almost every week and every week it's an issue with my order, not to mention I order on the app and go to pick up. My order was wrong again today! And that staff is terrible! I go in to pick up my order and everyone is running around like chickens with no heads staff very rude they dnt even acknowledge you, they act like your not even there. Today I waited almost 15 minutes before getting the attention of a worker. My drink lid didn't fit and being that I order a head my ice coffee was melting and my food order was wrong! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! And why are the prices here more then others?
Duncan's coffee is consistently good, but there are times when it seems like it's not brewed correctly. Overall, Duncan maintains a reliable quality, but they could enhance the flavor of their food. Perhaps grilling it better or improving the preparation would make a significant difference.
The morning lunch staff is very friendly, and that’s why I choose to visit this location. I appreciate their warm atmosphere and they always get my order right. Thank you!
