I placed an online drink order and arrived 10 minutes later, only to find that they hadn't even acknowledged it. There were no customers in the store, and it appeared that the two staff members were just finishing up cleaning as it was already 7 PM, and they don't close until 10. They eventually started preparing my drink but realized they didn't have the necessary ingredients. When I requested a refund, they told me it wasn't possible. Instead, they offered me free donuts, which I declined since I'm gluten-free.
When I asked what alternatives they could provide for the same price, one staff member inquired if I was in a hurry. I explained that I had ordered ahead exactly for that reason....
Every time I order coffee—whether it’s an iced latte, a hot latte, or just regular coffee—it feels rushed, and I find myself constantly running to the bathroom. I plan to reach out to corporate about this issue and will also be trying other Dunkin' locations in the area. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this has happened five times now. Disappointed.
I don’t like to complain but this is the second time I’ve found hair in my food. This is really disgusting and insanitary. Please just make sure your hair is fully covered and you’re wearing gloves when handling food…
