I ordered an original iced coffee through the app, but when it arrived, it had far too much cream and sugar. I decided to go through the drive-thru again to explain the issue, but the employee became aggressive and insisted that I had ordered it that way. I tried to stay calm and explained that the app automatically selects the amounts of cream and sugar, so I didn't change anything, assuming those were the standard amounts used. He continued to argue with me, and I even showed him on my app how it had selected those quantities. Instead of making me a new drink, he only added a shot of coffee. The absolute worst location I’ve ever been to. Food was SPOILED. I ordered two chorizo wraps, two drinks and munchkins for the kids. The chorizo wraps were horrible, spoiled, sour and smelled like fish! The drinks were inconsistent and more water than flavor. The kids even complained about their stomachs after eating the munchkins. A waste of $30. I don’t recommend. Their food isn’t fresh. Stay away.
Honestly, it's one of the worst Dunkin donuts I've been to. It's a convenient location on my way to work, but that's it. The food tastes old. The coffee tastes burnt and old. They always get the wrong thing no matter how many times you repeat it. They are rude and extremely slow. You have to wait in the order window forever. They never want to honor the DD app rewards. It looks dirty inside.

I don’t understand how this Dunkin’ doesn’t have pancake wraps when I was able to buy one just yesterday in Union, NJ. The cashier informed us that they’ve been discontinued. Someone really needs to get their facts straight in these restaurants!
The bagels were old and stale, and the coffee was burnt. The person at the counter seemed completely unaware of what they were doing. This is easily the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. I would recommend staying far away.
Not the best, staff were not so welcoming and took EXTREMELY LONG to bring my food out.
