I thought this place improve but unfortunately when management is not around of course no one want to work I placed an order to take out at 10:12 for 2 sausage egg cheese and 2 hash order ready at 10:22 which was missing one sausage egg and cheese informed I placed 2 she took another order and again ended up making wrap?ask again by 10:47 I got 1 Sausage egg cheese finally order is complete after long wait none of them look happy, making faces,rolling eyes, sorry for those who place an online orders the guy on window looks under influence he is keep closing eye,when someone order through driveway he simply rolled his eye and make faces so as other 2 ladies definitely don't want to work unde...
I have been wary of this location for a while but decided to give them another shot today and I should have just followed my original feeling. The plain photo is what I originally received and when I asked them for a little more spread and to actually put the everything bagel seasoning on, they rolled their eyes, flipped the piece of toast over instead of just putting the seasoning on it and gave this back to me. They also have no idea how to actually make espresso drinks as I ordered a macchiato and they pre mixed it for me, how nice of them. Next time I want Dunkin I’m just going to take a trip and get it on the thru way.
I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a hot chocolate. I waited in line for over 10 minutes. When I finally got the hot chocolate and took a sip, it tasted watered down. I went inside to tell them about it and had it remade, but it still tasted diluted. A large hot chocolate cost nearly $5, which feels like money wasted. I will not be returning; I am absolutely disgusted.
I've been having some problems with my coffee orders lately. Yesterday, my coffee didn't have any sweetener, even though I requested four Splenda. The frozen coffees can be inconsistent, depending on whether the machine has been cleaned and filled. On a positive note, the staff is courteous and professional when it comes to resolving any issues.

I attempted to go in for a latte, but the doors were closed and locked half an hour before closing time. I guess I'll have to settle for coffee at the not-so-great Stewart's instead.
The coffee looks to have some black specks or something like that. I ordered caramel macchiato but received this.
