The service at this Dunkin' location is very disappointing. They frequently get the coffee wrong, and when I ask to have it fixed because it’s too weak or too strong, the staff respond with a rude attitude. Additionally, they refused to honor a free sandwich coupon from my app at the register. I plan to contact corporate about these problems.
I received excellent service during my visit to this restaurant. The cashier was proficient in English, and my order was accurate and prepared promptly. While the restroom could have been cleaner, the rest of the establishment seemed to be well-kept.
I visited a restaurant and ordered an ice cream with chocolate and chopped mint chips. Unfortunately, the mint chips were stale, freezer-burned, and lacked flavor. However, I appreciated that the waitress promptly replaced it for me.
