I stopped in here in between football games, the kid who took my order wasn’t even listening to my order. He charged me for the wrong product, I corrected if him after I paid, realizing he over charged and rang up the wrong product. My order was a medium pumpkin iced coffee which tasted like water! I will never return to this Dunkin. Terrible customer service!
So I originally left a one star review but today I went back to give them another chance and MUCH MUCH BETTER! I asked for the oatmilk to come from the original container due to my allergy to dairy milk. They were all so very nice! Spoke with the manager and thanked her for having a great and understanding staff!
This dunkin somehow is so much better than every other one i have been too. Food is cooked perfectly… not too rubbery or over done. Never has a fast food chain had such superior food than their other branches and on a very consistant basis
service if I could say it as 0 I would have. I waited 20 minutes for 2 bagles asked for a manager and she was very rude and didn't even apologize. 5 people that came after me got their food first. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Book a table now
I just ordered coffee changed my mind and ordered flavored shots and a worker in back, nina or mina had a meltdown yelling she can 't do that, I will go tell her myself. I 'm not changing. Rude.
This Dunkin is so hit or miss. You guys HAVE to do a better job. Every coffee needs to be made the same. My coffee is always missing something. Whether it’s cream or the swirl.
Total trash, I come here often and the service is terrible. Overpriced. Really a shame
