I ordered a cake online 2 days ago. Paid $77 for it. Pick up time was set for 3:30 on 5/31. Showed up to pick up and the store was closed at 3pm! Not one call from the store about moving my pick up time or anything. Very inconsiderate and rude. Pick up the phone and call the customer to let them know your store hours if they chose a pick up time outside of business hours. Also what kind it ice cream place is closed at 3pm but opens at 6am?? I am not impressed or pleased by this.
update faster service! they were from regular sweetened hazelnut aromatized coffee, but nothing a little sugar will not repair. really great coffee! the big job guys! we sat in the car thru for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for 2 regular coffees. I just have a shortage of workers. I have a hazelnut coffee that has only the right fun! it was worth the wait! and the cash was super sweet. She got it like she was a champ! I couldn't have been able to handle that I'd take my hair out.
I always seem to miss out on my favorite donut, the chocolate frosted, when I visit this restaurant. They were really busy and the line was long, but that was to be expected. However, the frozen mocha drink I ordered was only partially frozen, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it wasn't the best experience but it also wasn't the worst. I will definitely come back to try and get my hands on those chocolate frosted donuts next time!
Made wrong drinks then brought them back to get them made correctly and staff acted like I was inconvenieancing them no apology all I got was a here you go ill just keep driving 10 mins out of my way to a different one that actually apologized when they mess up and i get it sometimes that happens no big deal they are busy but at least say (sorry when you mess Book a table now

Went this morning for some food and coffee. My boyfriends black coffee was cold and our donuts where put in the bag frosting side down. Not the worst experience but also not that great...
We got a huge order of coffee and donuts last minute Saturday morning and the staff was super accommodating and friendly! They even brought everything out to my car.
I just called to see if I can come 20 minutes early to get the 6 donuts that I ordered online and the lady was very rude said she was busy and then hung up on me Book a table now
My breakfast sandwich tasted good, but I wanted it on a plain bagel which they were out of and quite often they are out.
