Very disappointed, I order a large hot matcha latte, and the lady replies that she will put ice cubes in my warm drink, I don't know why. I got a cold matcha latte as I asked for it hot. The price is not what was quoted instead of paying $4.29 the drink was $4.79. It's wrong to not display the real prices of your drinks on the board. When I said they were a problem of price they told me it's normal we increased them... not fair
Andrew at the café seems to make the coffee according to his own preferences, and he doesn’t adjust it based on customer feedback. It feels like he just walks away as if you weren't even speaking to him.
Staff were nice but it took them a while to notice me because they were talking and eating. Coffees were decent. My hot coffee didn't taste right, but good enough I guess.
This is not your typical Dunkin' donuts it is located within a convenience store however I use my D&D app and place my order, my server was great. I would eat here again. Book a table now
Order was correct but there was only 1 person working and although it's a small location inside a corner store it was still busy .
