There 's an easily missed sign on the drive thru saying NJ law says you must ask for a straw we can 't just give you one so naturally, since this is both bizarre and untrue, I drove away without a straw from a restaurant that basically specializes in drinks. Had to turn around and either go inside or go back around the drive thru for a straw? I 've been living in NJ for 15 years and have never once had a drive thru not automatically give a straw for a drink that needed one. Very very very bizarre and inconvenient choice by management/ownership. The food and drink were totally great though good job to the employees working, you guys are all-stars!
I have repeatedly given this restaurant a chance, but they consistently keep the doors locked in the morning. Every time I order a triple chocolate chip muffin, it is stale and hard like a rock. I think I am done going there. I recommend going to Manalapan or further down on Route 18 instead of wasting your money here. A friend of mine who owns multiple chains in Long Island said his muffins are made fresh every day. It is clear that this is not the case at this restaurant.
It appears that the owner is reluctant to adequately staff the restaurant as they keep the doors locked and only operate the drive-thru. The manager is exceptional and doing their best, but the owner should provide them with more staff to effectively run the restaurant.

The store is closed. They are taking mobile orders and it is impossible to get a refund through the mobile app. Do not play some mobile order with the store unless you are standing in there and you see employees working because this is criminal.
The staff is unfriendly and orders frequently come out incomplete. It's best to visit the location on Route 9 or head south for better service and quality food. This particular restaurant is terrible and the drive-thru is extremely slow.

The service was very poor and the coffee was made badly. There was hardly any actual coffee in the coffee.

Really slow drive thru, almost 15 minutes and there were only 2 cars!!
