Yesterday we went through drive thru at 7:00pm (they close at 8) I had asked the lady for a min while I looked at the menu we weren't sure what we wanted, after about 1 min a guy said have a goodnight I said I'm sorry we haven't ordered he then again said have a good night, we drove up and asked him what was wrong, he said we were taking to long to order and that we needed to leave because they were going to close, I said there is still 1hr he refused to take our order and was so rude, I belive the guys name is gibbs or something like that. I can't wait for the Dunkin' in Grand Junction to open. This location is not worth visiting anymore. They are consistently rude and their hours of operation don't make sense compared to other businesses in the area. Despite visiting twice, we were met with a lack of donuts, even on a Sunday at noon. When we asked about donuts during our last visit, the staff was extremely rude, which unfortunately seems to be a common occurrence here. It's clear they need to address their donut inventory issues and improve the behavior of their employees.
The omelet bites here are my go to, they 're soooooo good. Even the egg white veggie (which I was HIGHLY skeptical of because I think egg whites are gross) tasted yummy and I actually order them more than the cheddar bacon. Also, shout out to the gal who toasts these she always puts a nice toasty/baked 'sear ' on the outside better than other DD 's I 've been to. Sometimts other places don 't heat it long enough and it 's still cold inside.
We were served stale donuts that seemed to be at least 2 days old, and we had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru. We wanted to leave, but couldn't because there were cars behind us. I suggest staying away from this place. This Dunkin Donuts location is the worst I have ever been to.

we ordered three drinks and a coffee. all drinks were made wrong and waited until all others were served to make our drinks. 28 minutes for four drinks is ridiculous. they were disgusting and we got a refund after we wait almost 30 minutes for them. bad service!
The restaurant's lobby was closed, so I had to enter through another entrance. The service was slow, possibly due to the large number of customers they had to attend to. Waiting for a table was not worth it in my opinion.
I was disappointed with my breakfast sandwich as the croissant was burnt and the hashbrowns were soggy and cold. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive a refund because I did not receive a receipt in the drive-thru.
Sign said 12.70$ for a dozen. I paid with my card. Got home and saw I was charged 21.54$. !! Almost double! I called and the manager said she would make it right. She did. Check your receipt.

The place does a huge morning business. I find their donuts to be very heavy. I do like the ice tea. I was waiting for an appointment and all the tables were dirty..
the employees hate their job and don't care about them either. try one of the local caffes such as coffee trader or blue corn.
