I'm beginning to really dislike the service of this Dunkin. Sometimes it's fine and other times it's just terrible. Today I waited in the drive thru like for 25 minutes only to receive a drink that can't even be called coffee and cold food from it sitting out. The staff isn't always welcoming and friendly either. It isn't consistent in any form.
This isn't about Dunkin in general, I love Dunkin but my god they need to train people correctly because this girl literally messes up my simple drink everytime like I ordered a frozen coffee that was French vanilla and she made it a frozen chocolate... There have been more times but still train them
The daytime service is really the only time you can be confident that your drinks will be made correctly. The evening staff would definitely benefit from having the daytime manager present to ensure that the service meets the expected standards.
I have stopped in several times over the past few months and the staff is only interested in taking care of the drive thru. I have seen people get frustrated and walk out. And that's what I did today after waiting for almost 10 mins. Book a table now
I've been here several times in the last few months and found the staff very rude. I always enjoy Dunkin but this location seems to have bad morale with the staff.
I only stopped by for a coffee for my girlfriend, but the staff were incredibly kind. I would definitely recommend going there!
Not impressed with the donut selection. Every kind I would eat they were out of. Service was hap hazard.
DD has cut back on Quality. The coffee at each one i stopped at was the same . More water then coffee Book a table now
