I had a frustrating experience at Dunkin'. I used the drive-thru and ordered a medium iced vanilla chai tea with no ice, along with a strawberry sprinkle donut, a Boston cream donut, an old-fashioned donut, and a banana. When I checked my order, I was disappointed to find a chocolate sprinkle donut instead of the strawberry one I requested. Additionally, the donuts were quite hard. I asked for a refund, but the employee inspected the donuts without washing his hands first. After some back-and-forth, he reluctantly refunded me only for the drink and the banana, totaling $6.20. Unfortunately, after I left, he charged me again without my permission.
He stole my moneyyyyyy !!!! I went through drive through and ordered 1 medium iced vanilla chai tea no ice 1 strawberry sprinkled donut 1 boston creme 1 old fashioned 1 banana When i got the bag i opend and looked in and seen a chocolate with sprinkles and i squeezed the bag over the donuts and they were hard i wanted a refund . So he ask for the bag then checks the donuts and then touches them without having wash and sanitized hands. So now i really want my refund. Now hes going back and forth
The Dunkin' Donuts located at 2560 US Hwy 22 in Scotch Plains was disappointing. An employee named Jay, working at register 5, was rude and unhelpful. His poor communication made it hard to understand him through the drive-thru, and I think he needs better customer service training. I intend to report this to the corporate office. Additionally, the coffee wasn’t fresh, and the overall service was subpar. Since Starbucks provides great customer service, I won’t be coming back to Dunkin' Donuts.
2560 us hwy 22 scotch plains This Dunkin Donuts is Horrible . Employee Jay Register 5 store number 330743 was RUDE and Nasty , He have no place dealing with customers. I couldn 't understand anything he was saying at the drive through. He definitely wasnt very clear... My thoughts ; this person need more training when dealing with the public .. Really upset with this dunkin. I've been here a multitude of times already and something is always wrong with my order. The last two times, my sandwiches have been missing cheese and my coffee had a burnt taste. It's safe to say that I probably won't be coming back here ever again and that I'll go to a better Dunkin in the future.
This restaurant is efficient and consistently gets your order correct. I highly recommend visiting their locations in Fanwood and Scotch Plains (on North and South Avenues) to save time.
This restaurant is fantastic! I always use the drive-thru, and even when they're busy, they manage to serve customers quickly and efficiently. The staff is very friendly, too.
This ONE is Fast, Never screws up your order. I'd travel past the other two in Fanwood and Scotch Plains (North and South Aves) to go here, and still save time.
