This is the first review I've ever written for a restaurant in 15 years of having a phone. I waited for 15 minutes inside while the staff focused on drive-thru orders and completely ignored me. Eventually, I decided to leave without anything. This is definitely the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited.
The service at this restaurant is inconsistent; some staff members are friendly, while others appear to lack sincerity. Moreover, the quality of the donuts has declined, as they have become smaller and less satisfying given their price.
The location is very clean and convenient for a quick stop. The customer service is exceptional; the two ladies from India were wonderful and friendly, showing great care for their customers. Highly recommended!
