I took of 2 stars because the lady who was making food ready for the customer. She literally throws the food in the oven. She didn’t want to do the job but she was there just for her pay check. Eewwww.... she close the bread compartment with her foot. Me and my daughter was waiting for 25 mins to wait for our food and we saw all that happening. My daughter said to me when we came out mom i would never eat Dunkin’ Donuts again. And she gave me 3 hash brown on my order. How cheap.
I visited this Dunkin' to use the bathroom and grab a bite to eat. When I asked to use the restroom, someone who appeared to be a manager came out from the back and rudely told me that the bathroom was out of order. I had recently undergone spiral colon surgery and was in a surgical collar, experiencing pain and feeling hungry. I didn't want to create a scene, so I left. I didn’t want to eat when the bathroom was in such a dirty state.
This Dunkin' Donuts location is quite disappointing. The place lacks cleanliness, and customers have to wait excessively for their food while the employees seem to do nothing. I even noticed them taking pictures with customers instead of focusing on preparing orders. To top it off, my order was incorrect, and the staff had a rather unhelpful attitude.
This is hands down the best coffee shop I've ever been to. The manager is incredibly kind and friendly; she even remembered my order. It's also the cleanest, most organized, and tidiest café I've ever experienced—truly exceptional attention to detail. Book a table now
This review may change in the future, but for now, I find this location to be quite satisfactory. They do a great job with their food and drinks, and the staff here seems friendly and pleasant.
Just went in for take out coffee. Really good smooth coffee. Friendly staff very inviting environment. Nice to hang out.
The service at this restaurant is quick, and the staff is outstanding; however, the prices are not very competitive.
Cheaper than Starbucks. Their food doesn't taste as good. I do like their blueberry iced coffee with oat milk. Book a table now
