I recently visited this location and ordered an iced coffee with caramel. The staff were extremely friendly, but they didn’t seem to hear my order over the intercom, even though I repeated it twice. I'm really disappointed that I had such a hard time enjoying my drink.
It's hard to order when the workers are shouting over each other through the intercom. Pretty abrasive folks. They want to argue over why I can't add a dash of cream to my latte. It's easier to just visit another location than deal with this one.
Owner I assume gave me attitude about “always” speaking too fast into the intercom and then tried to play it off as a joke. SUPER rude, won’t be coming back.
This restaurant is excellent most of the time, and their butter pecan is so delicious that it’s my favorite. I just wish they offered it during the summer!
