I ordered an iced latte but ended up with an ice cream instead. I paid $20, and when it arrived, it tasted like dirty dishwater—absolutely disgusting. The staff seemed lazy and didn’t bother to read the orders properly, only doing the bare minimum. I would rate this experience 0/10 and definitely do not recommend it, unless you enjoy receiving a completely incorrect order.
I’m still trying to understand when D and D became an Arab establishment. Hardly anyone who works there seems to speak any English. How can they possibly get your order right, or how can we even communicate with them? I preferred D and D a lot more when it was an American establishment. Let’s hope Starbucks stays true to its American roots.
I can understand why the staff struggles with the automatic machine. I spent 30 minutes trying to place an order for five people and it was a frustrating experience. The second time I used the machine, it froze during the payment process, and the cashiers seemed unsure about how to transfer the order to the main register.
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! I ordered a drink that didn't meet my expectations, but they quickly replaced it with something else. The restaurant is also very clean and well-organized; they've done a fantastic job! Book a table now
Great place to go ? until you have to change your child and the changing table looks like this and staff gives you a ?whatever? type of face when you voice your concern as a paying customer.
brand new place and already the worst in hoboken. the personal is uncareful, all the time on the phone. incredible how bad the place is now. the owner doesn't care about his business. sad
8:30 in the morning. They just gave me a hard day-old tasting bagel. It is so dense, I'm afraid I might crack a tooth on it.
The employees were shouting as if they were at home. It was quite distracting and made for an unpleasant dining experience. Book a table now
You can expect everything typical of a Dunkin' Donuts, although they now refer to themselves simply as Dunkin'.
Very bad experiencia at this place, stings horrible and employees don't care about their job.
