Asked for a medium hot decaf, didn 't expect it to be 'medium hot ' as in lukewarm.Some sketchy people around despite it seeming a well-to-do area: a guy was leaving as I entered and then he came back in was stood in the middle of the cafe hovering around behind looking at me, on the cusp of my personal space, (I was in window seat facing the river hoping for a nice relaxing break) I didn 't feel safe, my Spidey senses were jangled, I swigged my tepid coffee quick and left ASAP.
Just came back and it was already closed (8:40pm) when the sign said 9pm.The employees locked the door and stated they not going to take any orders and when I told them I had a mobile order they stated “take it up with management and I’m cleaning so we will refund”.So Duncan… you may have lower P&L on this location cause well….. the staff closes an hour earlier
Every time I go to this Dunkin', it feels like they're cutting corners and shortchanging my order. The staff often seem more interested in counting their change than providing good customer service. Plus, one of the employees tends to upsell pricier coffee options, even when I typically order something else.
The weekday manager is extremely friendly and effectively manages the operations. However, as the season changes, it has become evident that there are fewer donuts available, and on Sunday night, none of the drinks that were advertised were available. Book a table now
I must say they've made significant improvements in their coffee drinks! I used to find the coffee so unappealing that I couldn't even take a sip, but now I absolutely love the oat latte, especially with either brown sugar or sea salt caramel!

The sourdough sandwich had very little speck on it, and the coffee was quite bitter. Additionally, the donuts lacked any glaze. Overall, it was definitely a waste of money!
The hash browns were burned, the bagel was not toasted whatsoever (even though specifically requested), and the coffee was essentially entirely ice and no coffee. Book a table now
We stopped in to get some cold beverages food.First they said the bathroom was out of order but once I made a purchase the bathroom was not out of order anymore.
