Dunkin' - Table reservation

When I pointed this out to her, she simply said I needed to wait because they were too busy, suggesting I use the kiosk instead. I reminded her that I couldn’t use a card and only had cash. She replied, "I’m sorry, I can’t take your order at the register right now; we’re busy with app and kiosk orders, so you'll have to wait." Then she mentioned that the register was broken. What? I waited for almost 10 minutes, and she couldn’t have mentioned that from the start or put up a sign saying, "Out of order, please use kiosk"? I ordered and was late to pickup, I tried calling them, no one picked up. When I went my order wasn't there , when enquired the guy in the counter was so rude and wasn't ready to listen what I was saying , instead asked me from which country iam and treatsme as if I came to claim the food which I dint pay for. Ridiculous ! Worst service.

This is a very clean and pretty dunkin donuts (if the meaning makes lol). The girl who worked there answered my questions super politely and thoroughly when I asked what the difference between drip and regular coffee was. I stopped here a few times a week and it was always a great experience.

Quality service for a dunkin. This store is half convenience store and half dunkin donuts, so the staff are spread a bit thin, not their fault but you may not want to go here if you're in a hurry. Again great service.

I really enjoy this place. Occasionally, they seem unprepared for large crowds, but when it's not too busy, they do a great job.
