I visited the restaurant around 4 PM and met a staff member who seemed to be from Southeast Asia. She appeared to hold a managerial position, but sadly, her customer service was quite rude. When I asked for a small black coffee and a glazed pastry, she responded in an aggressive tone, saying, "What do you want?" This kind of behavior is definitely not appropriate for someone in a customer service role.
I went there around 4pm, The lady who work there she looked like South Eastern Asian, seems like she is manager or lead. She was rude in customer service process.She was responding with very aggressive and high voice when I asked for small black coffee and glazed. When I asked she replied “Whatttt you want?” In a rude way, thats definitely not a proper behavior for a customer service job
Let me put it this way: everything has been amazing! I've always enjoyed her bagels. Personally, I usually opt for a toasted bagel with butter and a donut, and I've never been let down. Everything is just delicious!
Above average Dunkin. Tables were dirty. Help was bored in attitude. Breakfast sandwiches were tasteless. Good location as off route 18. What happened to good breakfast sandwiches?. Book a table now
While it can take some time for them to take your order, the overall service is excellent. My friends and I frequent this place and really enjoy the food, drinks, and the vibe.
They handle mobile orders incredibly quickly; I've never had to wait for my drink. They're also quite consistent, which is unusual for Dunkin'.
I won't be returning to this location. It's overpriced and doesn’t seem as clean as other Dunkin' locations in the area.
