Usually I really love Dunkin, it’s my favorite place to go. And as a cat, you know I love my milk. However this time I went to this Dunkin and the woman that was helping me had a attitude. She didn’t like my ice cream choices for my milkshake. WHAT? Seems ridiculous, but she really was mean and barely wanted to help me. Was it my FUR? THE FACT THAT I HAVE PAWS? Not sure, but whatever it was it made it a very very poor experience. Will not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again.
I was a regular customer going sometimes twice a day. Too many times my order was taken incorrectly. I would get home and either throw it away or had to drive back to correct it. Today I went and was given cream when I always ask for Almond milk. I asked for a free coffee given I had to drive from another town. I was told no just a donut. I don't eat donuts and wanted a coffee. They are rude and arrogant. They lost me as a customer.
Saturday afternoon at 3pm was really busy for some reason. They need another cashier behind the counter. Everyone working seemed very overwhelmed and tried to get everyone on their way as fast as possible but it created mistakes and misunderstandings. I spent more than 10 minutes waiting for a black coffee.
Great service! They always have my online order ready when I arrive.
