I’ve been to a few Dunkin’ Donuts around town but this one beats the rest. Sorry. The customer service here is the best when compared to around. The other one would have to be in Plainfield located on terril rd but even then they don’t come as close to the customer service when compared to this location. I’m not a huge fan of the Dunkin’ Donuts breakfast menu items honestly it all tastes the same to me but I enjoy their coffee. Besides the customer service here, they also have an area to sit and study or have a chat. They also have a bask in robins here which there’s only one other Dunkin like that and it’s on front st. Baskin Robbins Dunkin Donuts Hybrid, The Baskin Robbins the last four times I visited did not have Cookies and Cream. It seems small and Petty I know. When I asked them about it they said it sells out quickly. The location and area are clean. I just ordered a large black cold brew with no ice and got charged an extra $1.50 for no ice. There was no warning about this extra charge either. This might be one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've visited. It has a laid-back atmosphere and is located in a small shopping center, but the glass roof adds a nice touch of early 2000s nostalgia. I ordered a chai latte, which was deliciously sweet and creamy, and the staff member was very courteous. Service: Takeout. Meal Type: Other.
