Dunkin' - Table reservation

The store used to be one of the best but it has changed. Today my order was a sausage egg and cheese croissant, the croissant was under cooked or wet some how, the egg over cooked a little bit, the sausage looked funny.Couldn’t bring myself to eat anymore. Not the first time recently my orders have been incorrect or cooked the wrong drinks incorrect and so on. I go here because it’s close to home. There are other stores that could use. Did not get a receipt today but on the tabs on the bags I was there 10/4/2022 8:33 am I LOVE DUNKIN DONUT’S! Never thought I would ever be typing something bad about them.

The customer here is HORRIBLE!! when they don’t understand they just say no and hang up! I’ve called back several time and even as I’m typing this message I’m just listening to everything in the background because they just picked up and never said anything for 4 minutes now!! This is unacceptable. I was calling to make a business owner but I will definitely take my money to Starbucks up the street.

Good stuff! I try to avoid going out Szince, which I live in a range of low class personalities, with self-installation syndrome. But the staff at Dunkin' did good work and made my visit pleasant.

It was a roach in my latte I’m glad I never finished it.. but I’m still disgusted… this is NASTY

Theres one guy with long hair , he does horrible job taking orders …!!!!!
