Its a great place I go there every morning for a coffee and sometimes a donut or breakfast sandwich. but two days ago I had a coupon for a free medium hot or iced coffee. the owner slash manager started off by saying he couldn't accept the coupon because it was already used. I explain to him I just got the coupon today and he has to retain the coupon. he had a little bit of a attitude. today This time he wanted to know where I got the coupons from. the feed back I was getting was he didn't want to give away anything free even though he gets reimbursed for the coupons.
I was on countless Dunkins in my days, but no one can compare with this place. The service is always amazing, even during the busy morning. I know that I can always count on my ice cream coffee that has the perfect balance of cream, sugar and coffee. No place makes it better than the Dunkin in the Mcdade site. I know I can always count on them. ps. the man who normally leads the night shift, I am uncertain of his name, is the best employee. he?s so sweet for all, and I am glad to see him when I make my nightly donut travel??
Kudos to the staff for handling a very challenging morning with grace. While I was in the restaurant, the POS system went down, but the team remained friendly and apologetic to the customers, who understandably were feeling stressed. I was happy to see the system up and running again today. I hope the rest of your day goes smoother!
There were signs for a movement and the cashier didn't know about it and calculate me wrong and how to my food and air wow they made me try to fix it online. When she finally saw the sign I was referring to her, she never even apologized, gave me cold coffee and was very cold herself

This place is some timing. Watch how they put your donuts in a bag if your getting under 6. They will place your Donuts upside down which would take icing completely off. Ice coffee during the day is never sweet enough. It taste like no sugar is added.
This is the best Dunkin' around! I’m happy to take a short drive to come here because it’s the only location that mixes my drinks perfectly (check out the pictures for the difference).
Wonderful environment and super personal service. The food was crisp and enchanting. Will absolutely recommend this spot to others. Reasonable rates and big portions. Keep it up.
