I ordered an iced latte and it came out looking pretty much like a watered down version of espresso so I asked her politely if she could add more oat milk and it looked exactly the same What’s the big deal you ask well it was $6.10 for this disgusting latte lol.. I truly did not have the energy to go back-and-forth and to ask her to do it again because it clearly wasn’t working so I asked for a refund and then she told me I had to wait in a long line then I asked her for the receipt and of course she gave me someone else’s and a dollar less than I paid for as a refund lol one of the customers actually said to me on my way out that he’s sorry for the inconvenience and we both laughed together...
I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Despite their posted closing time of 8 PM, they locked the doors at 7:30 PM, preventing customers from coming in—I was the third person trying to get some coffee. When I knocked, they ignored me, fully aware that they were closing early. This has happened before, and it’s absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the lone cashier was unprofessional, with his pants falling down, and he was just dancing around instead of serving customers. It was outrageous! I will not be returning.
The Americano coffee I ordered was surprisingly better than what I typically find at Dunkin' Donuts, where it's often made too weak. The server was very pleasant and attentive, especially considering she was managing everything on her own.

Absolutely horrible this place should be shut down by the health department. Paid $4 for a coffee that tasted like straight water, and the hashbrowns I got were bone cold, one was still frozen. Would give it zero stars if I could.
Hope I have the right one, next to ION Bank. Good crew and good coffee. Nice parking lot also, but be careful backing out of spaces. I think sometimes they even let you eat outside. They also have a TV
