The new manager there is very rude. she gets my orders wrong and always has an attitude with me when i want the order i placed to be correct. i’m a long time customer and never had any issues until she started taking my orders. i’m never going there again as long as she’s there. poor customer service.
On the 1st of the month, my coffee order was incorrect. I had requested a frozen coffee with an espresso shot, but instead received a butter pecan ice cream coffee. However, she quickly fixed the mistake, and the coffee turned out to be fantastic!
I visited the Dunkin' in Dartmouth, located near the medical offices, and I had a wonderful experience. The customer service was excellent, and both the coffee and the wrap were delicious!
