I've had a frustrating experience at this Dunkin' location. I've visited many Dunkin' spots in my town, but this one ranks as the worst. They frequently forget items, are slow, and the staff can be quite rude. When I ordered a black hot coffee, I was informed that there would be a wait, which I understood due to staffing issues and a broken oven. However, when I mentioned that I had an on-the-go order, the guy's response was dismissive, saying the broken oven "doesn't care about that." Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
these are the worst Dunkin’ donuts I ever had. the waiting time is always ridiculous, regardless of how many cars are in front of them. they are constantly confusing and are always rude about repairing it. I would avoid this place to all costs, unless they want to wait 20 minutes for the wrong order and terrible food. I'm going out of this to skip this dunkin and go to the arsenal. this place is terrible. the service is cruel. the workers are a tragicody.
My frozen coffee was fine but my grilled ham and cheese wasn't cooked enough, consequently was greasy, cold, and the cheese wasn't even melted. Even my dog refused to eat any of it. The employee at the window took my debit card and ran it, but gave my card back and threw my receipt away without asking if I wanted it. I figured out why the Dunkin a few blocks away had 20 cars in line and this location had 2, difference in customer service and food quality.
The staff here are really great but the problem is that anytime I order food it taste like old grease. There is something in the fryer that is making all of the food taste gross. This is the third time I’ve gotten food over the last month and wasn’t able to eat it. I’ve tried calling to get someone’s number to explain this but I can never get through to anyone.

My favorite Dunkin' Donuts! The staff is fantastic; they are always friendly and polite. They go above and beyond for their customers, even when they are incredibly short-staffed. The employees genuinely care about their customers, so I don't mind waiting a bit longer any day!

please don't waste their time going there when they are in a hurry, they will get their order wrong when it bites they will be cold i and when it's coffee, they ask better for a stray because they don't touch it at all
The lady was rude and both bagels I ordered weren’t cooked they just slapped cream cheese on and sent it out and even worse than that there’s a green slime on the outside of my wrapper
