I honestly think the employees are not well trained in customer service, ESPECIALLY for a coffee shop, let alone a dunkin. Every morning Monday thru Friday I come here, and there’s a delay picking up my order that’s placed 15-20 minutes ahead of time. And today was the pinnacle, lost ticket other people picking up my bag of food, me having no clue that it’s even mine because the receipts are just thrown on the counter in view of the employees only, and the person who I addressed about my missing coffee was very rude, and out of spite put not ice in my large ice coffee. I was not rude either.

This seems to be a violation of Connecticut Regulation 42-110b-18. When I inquired about the promotional price at the drive-thru, the staff member informed me that the offer had expired!
I ordered ahead and picked up my meal at the window. I completely forgot about the significant power outage affecting the area, which left many residents unable to brew their own coffee. Despite the long line and crowded parking lot, I was in and out in just 5 minutes! The staff was incredibly efficient and dedicated. Excellent service!

The staff is fast and efficient! If they do make a mistake with your order, they tend to provide a small compensation, which is fair. So, be sure to double-check your order, everyone! They manage a high volume of orders each day and truly do their best!
This restaurant features a drive-thru, which is a fantastic convenience. The staff is extremely friendly, and the food is delicious, budget-friendly, and served promptly, making it an ideal option for a lunchtime meal. I highly recommend it!
