Update from the previous few months: I come here several times a week with my 3-year-old son and have been doing so for the past couple of years. Since then it 's gone up and downhill but recently has improved significantly. The staff is absolutely incredible, making the perfect coffee and even going out of their way to make my son sprinkle munchkins (glazed with some sprinkles in the bag). Back to being the best Dunkin ' around!
I used to visit this location daily and never had any issues. Since it has changed ownership/management, the staff changes frequently and the coffee has gone down hill. I only stop in sporadically now, and every time my coffee terrible. It doesn't matter if I go inside or to the drive through. Service: Takeaway Service: 2
I usually don't like to write negative reviews, but this restaurant has really declined since one of the managers left a few months ago. The drive-thru wait times are incredibly long and the coffee orders are frequently incorrect. I hope they can make some improvements soon.
