We come to this store to fill our hunger and coffees for a while now and finally they have the best hire. Everyday we see this new kid name Injamam Karin and honestly he is tge best so far. The way he welcomes the guest and his care makes our day now. But this morning we saw someone judging him with unpleasant words just the way he looks. We think it’s an absolute harassment from some uneducated people and Karin still delivered wonderful service as usual. Dunkin should take more action against these uneducated people who should not be welcome to a place of equal right employers. This location is hit or miss. Before the pandemic, when Brenda was the manager, I never had any issues. But now? It’s a different story. I use the app to order for pickup since it’s close to my office, but the staff clearly don’t pay attention to the orders coming in. I order the same coffee every time, about 2 to 3 times a week, and 90% of the time it’s wrong. I’m seriously considering stopping my orders altogether.
Made a mobile order and went to pick it up, when I got there I noticed they didn’t give me my (1) donut, so I asked one of the lady who was on her phone. She said I had to go on line where 5 people are on line already to wait for my donut and my iced coffee was made wrong smh I’m going to start going here once a month because of the bad service they provide
Long line on weekday mornings. But the food is as good as any other dunkin. But the drive through is what I like when I'm driving to work. I couldn't give it a 5 star because of the long weight time. They might need to higher an extra worker for the morning shift.

I went to this location 2 times and both times I was told they Don't make sundaes but it was advertised on the menu and the workers were very rude
The donuts were the usual Dunkin' quality. I had to wait quite a while for the cashier to assist me, even though the restaurant was already quiet.
The matcha latte was made perfectly, but they delivered the wrong cream cheese. The snacking bacon was just as I expected.
They do NOT give receipts for app orders, then asks what did you order to only get it wrong. SmH
