Very packed (understandable) and only 2 people working. Fairly fast service but they don't greet you or even acknowledge that you're there aside from taking your order (without any kind of greeting) and then yelling your name/number when your order is ready. They always make my order correctly and get it out quickly, so I can't really complain about much other than the fact that they hardly even look at customers. The inside isn't a very comfortable area to eat, I always order on the app for pick up and try not to be inside too long. I'm not sure why it feels so uncomfortable to me, maybe the fung shui lol. On very busy days, there are usually only 2 people working, which is unfortunate, but it does not excuse the rude and hostility towards customers. It's a fear when needing a cup holder, they tend to be extremely upset you do not reach over the counter to grab it yourself and even worse when you politely ask if it's ok to grab one (response tends to be grabbing the entire pile and half slamming half quick throw towards the customer with unpleasant words). No customer should have to face poor customer service from any staff member. I asked a simple question to the employee, and the experience quickly went downhill from there. What upset and disappointed me the most is that the employee did not consider their actions in front of a minor, which makes me think they would disrespect an elderly person, disabled person, or anyone else. I randomly stopped by this restaurant one morning for convenience store items, after passing by it for the past year assuming it was just another Self Serve Quick Stop Dunkin setup. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff may not be overly talkative, but they are efficient at getting your order right the first time and getting you back on the road quickly. I appreciated how they remembered my preferences without having to ask each time. Although I wish they had a drive-thru, I still choose to visit this location out of the three within a 2-mile radius. Overall, I was impressed and will definitely be returning.

Early morning shift is terrible, poor service, I've been there several times and it seems like the staff doesn't get paid to provide quality service, it also seems like they make the sandwiches without any hygienic care. Manager or boss pay more attention to that.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We had donuts and a couple of breakfast sandwiches. All made fresh. Mobil gas station is a bit sketchy, but the Dunkin' did the best they could.
Most hard working team that I've experienced. Very professional in their job and always gets the order right.
