I ordered through the app for pick up a pumpkin spice signature latte. They did not have or apply caramel drizzle and cinnamon sugar. In addition, they were extremely busy and despite ordering ahead, I still had to wait quite some time before I was able to pick up my order, and did not have time to request a new one to be made, the label on my drink was as I ordered.
