I placed an order in advance through the app to save time and selected a location that indicated all items were in stock. However, upon arrival, I was promptly informed that one of my ordered items was unavailable. The staff asked me to choose a substitute, which resulted in a wait for my order to be made. Overall, the experience was decent but fell short of my expectations for a smooth ordering process.
This Dunkin' location was a huge disappointment. My husband waited in the drive-thru for 11 minutes just to place his order, having to say "hello" twice before anyone answered the intercom. When he finally got to the window, the employee told him, "next time, just deal with it." This isn’t the first bad experience we've had here. Although it’s close to our home, we definitely won’t be coming back.
The woman at the counter was quite rude. I asked for a cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso, but she didn’t add the shot and still charged me for it. It feels like this place doesn’t care about getting orders correct and just serves whatever they want. I won’t be returning and will go to a different coffee shop instead.
This restaurant used to be amazing, but I've noticed some changes recently. If you visit after 10:30, they frequently run out of coffee or lack other items. Moreover, there seems to be an increase in young children and teenagers loitering outside, which can feel a bit uncomfortable. Book a table now
The restaurant had a short line inside, but the drive-thru line was quite long. The staff, including the cashier, drink maker, and cook, were all friendly, and two of them expressed their gratitude for my visit. The place was clean, and the food was tasty.
This was my first time visiting Dunkin', and I tried their iced coffee. The staff made the best iced coffee I've ever tasted. The service was outstanding, and both women greeted me with lovely smiles.
My favorite location is in Raynham. The staff here is wonderful—they always greet you with a smile, whether it's morning, noon, or night. This is the best service I've ever experienced at a Dunkin'!
