Usually very pleasant employees at this location. It does get busy of course, due to it being in the Aon Prudential Center area. For the most part, they make it work and get through busy times fairly quickly. That said, my two biggest complaints are that the ice coffee is typically watered down. Getting an ice drink here compared to getting one on the weekends close to my home, is very different. Usually it is watered down and with lots of cream at this location. Additionally, the food handlers makers used to be very good. Location is definitely the highlight for me, which is why I’m giving this place 4 stars. It's very easy to get to from the office and connected to the pedway. They consistently serve great ice cream and, of course, donuts. If you're looking for ice cream, I suggest coming early in the morning to place your order, and it will be ready before noon. Looking forward to visiting Dunkin' again soon! Keep up the good work!
While visiting Millennium Park, we decided to take a leisurely stroll and found ourselves at this Dunkin' Donuts location, which we chose as a stop along the way. The service was outstanding, and the coffee was fantastic. This was my first time at a Dunkin' Donuts, and I’m really disappointed that I won’t be able to indulge in it every day back home in Canada.
I typically come in the morning, and the service is consistently great. However, I ordered through the mobile app around 2 PM and requested whipped cream. When I picked up my order, the whipped cream was missing. The woman at the counter seemed annoyed when I asked if they could add it. I don’t think I’ll be visiting in the afternoon again.

at the visit of the Millennium Park we decided to make a walk and land at this Dunkin donuts location as a choice to stop while traveling. service was good, coffee was good, it was my first time at dunkin donuts, I am sad that I will not be able to dunkin donuts every day from where I live in Canada.
This restaurant is similar to other Dunkin' locations. The service is warm and typically efficient. The donuts are average, often having a slightly stale taste, which appears to be a common problem at Dunkin' locations based on my experience. On the plus side, the coffee is quite good.
A big no for vegetarians! I had a terrible experience as a strict vegetarian. I ordered a croissant, but the person preparing it used the same gloves for my order that he had just used to make a bacon croissant. Since then, I've stopped eating solid foods from all Dunkin' locations.
This place, of course, has donuts and coffee. The tea and coffee are always hot and fresh. The donuts are like any other Dunkin. The service is good and the place is mostly a take away don't plan on sitting around.

The service at this Dunkin' leaves a lot to be desired. They often run out of items on the menu. For example, almond milk isn’t available here—so why is it even listed?
My favorite coffee spot on my way to work. The manager is incredibly friendly and always makes sure I'm well taken care of. Thanks!
