Yesterday, the app charged me three times for my order, and even though the manager knows me from the gas station Dunkin' where I work, he refused to offer me a replacement coffee. I ended up paying nearly $10 for two regular large coffees, which was quite embarrassing. Richard, the manager, you should be ashamed of how you treated me, especially considering that the Dunkin' app and the posted store hours are incorrect. I've had to deal with frustrated customers who can't get over to the Dunkin' to voice their complaints due to a barrier.
As for Dunkin’ as a whole, aside from maybe two or three employees, the customer service is quite poor. Most of the staff in the morning seem to spend their time shouting at each other in Spanish, audible from across the store, while neglecting customers waiting for their orders. DONNA and RICHARD are the ONLY employees who take the time to get orders right. The rest often seem absorbed in their phones. They have order screens, yet they still ask you multiple times how you want your order, and then often get it wrong anyway.
It took upwards of 15 minutes for them to incorrectly make 2 iced coffees. Had we been waiting for hot food it was pushing 30 minutes.There was no sense of hustle among the employees. It is also maddening to see mobile orders come in during our wait time after the order was placed and somehow be filled first.To say this crew was incompetent would still be over complimentary to my experience.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Cawhfee and Sammich's! The takeout service was excellent. I ordered breakfast, and the quality of the food was top-notch. Both the food and service earned a perfect five stars from me, and the atmosphere there is also wonderful. Highly recommend it!

Dunkin' inside Circle K is fantastic! The coffee is excellent, as always, and the staff are very friendly. Even when it's busy, they manage to keep things running smoothly. While prices have gone up a bit, the quality of the coffee has consistently stayed high!
I absolutely love sugar plums! If only I could have them every day. I’d happily enjoy them two or three times daily. It would be amazing! I got so accustomed to having sugar plums that it felt like I was addicted to them. Unfortunately, that has come to an end.
