Rude more rude! I asked for one type of sandwich because they didn?t have it listed on the menu. Obviously I know how to read. He responded yes then proceeded to confirm something different. He gets mad at me when I get to the window, after I correctedhim and fixes the order but then blames me for his mistake. I consistently am getting ripped off by this place and so are you. The difference between each size and going bigger is only a few ounces. This place charged me substantially more a box their holiday blend by 6 when even their advertisement saysotherwise and even on the app! They also consistently daily short my drink by many ounces! If you’re a person who goes through the drive-thru, it might be better if you parked and went inside at this one. Disgusting location- papers everywhere donuts unfilled and paper hanging off the wall. The workers are mostly teenagers and don’t understand customer service. I requested, no demanded, a refund after receiving only sausage and a tortilla when I ordered a regular sausage wrap. I have to going inside to ask them to fix it they debated for over three minutes on what they believe they heard and then try to slap some cheese and an egg on what I had given them back.
