However, what I received looked like plain green tea with just a hint of refresher. When I raised this concern with the employee, she brushed it off. I decided to go inside, where they made a big deal about it and eventually prepared the drink correctly. I ordered several items but didn’t notice that I didn’t get a drink I ordered but I was already on the Highway. I came the next day and when I told the lady she blamed me for not telling them I didn’t get the drink….?? I mobile ordered at this location at 8:40 and got there at 8:50 and they're not supposed to close until 9. I got there and they said they were close so now I have to go through dunkin customer service to get a refund and I used a free drink reward and now I won't get that back. This is extremely unprofessional I understand if I had placed an order later and they were unable to fulfill it but it was placed 20 minutes before they were supposed to close.

I repeated my order before moving to the window, but when I received my items, I only got one chocolate cake donut, no milk, and both the medium vanilla and large coffee were without any flavoring. I won’t be returning to this location.

The Indian owner/manager was quite rude. He should refrain from making comments like "too much sugar isn't healthy for your coffee," as well as his remarks about "only using the app." The options are clearly shown both in the store and on the app. Good customer service starts with proper communication and training, which this location clearly needs improvement on.
I attempted to place an online order this morning, but when I drove through, they informed me that they had not received it. They offered no alternative solutions and kept repeating the same thing in a rather rude manner. Instead, I decided to go to the gas station next door. I will not be returning to this Dunkin' location.
The coffee tasted quite watery. This was my third visit, and I still couldn't taste any sweetness even after adding six sugars. It feels like they don’t pay much attention to quality; the service seems as rushed as at McDonald's.
