Dunkin' - Table reservation

I came into this establishment and was disrespected by a employee by the name of Ranjanben Pa. I asked for a reimbursement or an Exchange for a donut that has been seating out in the open since the morning and It?s stale and hard to bite into,it iscurrently 6:30pm. She rudely berated/ insulted me in front of a customer stating that she will not give me my money back norwill she exchange my donuts.she told me instead if I don?t like it then throw it away. I drove 8 minutes to this Dunkin becauseall other shops was out of old fashion donuts to be disrespected

It?s unfair that they staff people in the afternoons alone and don?t allow them to take tips. For the person that complained about the employee complaining let me guess you never worked in food service. The person was alone and she was still beingfriendly towards all of the customers and I was behind you, you definitely didn?t wait 40 minutes. The people before ordered 10sandwiches and 5 drinks and I could tell the employee was stressed out.

I stopped here to get a coffee. The lady was rude to me and insisted I buy more than coffee. I obliged. after that, I was planning my trip in the parking lot and she came out speaking another language shewing me away with her hands as if I was astory animal. Unbelievable. I'll gladly travel to the next Dunkin rather than ever stop here again.

Basically the same products as other DD locations. The staff was very nice! The store itself was clean and had seating for about 12 customers. Located at the intersection of Rand Rd. and Miner St. Easy in and out.

The new maple bacon croissant sandwich with egg and cheese is delicious. Fresh coffee. Tasty hash browns.
