The service was prompt and the staff were courteous. My coffee was exactly what I needed. However, it was disheartening to witness a man outside throwing his trash on the ground as if he were at home, even though there was a garbage can just a few feet away. When I asked him to pick it up, he simply replied, "Do you own this property?" before getting into his car and driving off. It’s unfortunate because the Dunkin' Donuts location is a beautiful, well-maintained new building. Encountering people with such disrespectful behavior is really frustrating and quite upsetting.
The manager at this restaurant was incredibly rude to the staff, frequently shouting phrases like, "Work harder," "NO!" and "HURRY UP!" I was shocked by how poorly she treated the employees. While the food was good, as it typically is, the donuts stood out as being better than those at other Dunkin' locations.
I didn't end up making a purchase at this restaurant because they informed me that my reward was invalid for the items I wanted to order. They also weren't willing to assist me in figuring out what I could use my reward on. The service was very disappointing!
The morning staff was unfriendly, and the establishment was not clean. I won't be coming back as long as they continue to serve coffee. The atmosphere is unpleasant, especially due to the woman at the register. I strongly suggest steering clear of this place!

The coffee was terrible. You really should taste it before serving it to customers. I don't understand why some places struggle with making coffee. All I requested was a coffee with cream and sugar—not just a cup full of cream.
I think this Dunkin' is far more efficient than any other location in the area. Due to my dietary restrictions, I have a specific order, and they always get it correct here—unlike many other places.
The restaurant is nice, but I was disappointed to find out there is no senior discount. The prices were surprising and I feel they should consider those who may have difficulty affording a meal.
Rather dingy, and could have been cleaner. The coffee and donuts we're typical Dunkin', but the place itself was rather down at the heels.
