Always great service from hardworking individuals who are on their feet all day and night. Working in a fast paced environment and truly still keep a friendly and positive attitude towards the customers which in this day and age are very hard to find. So I give a great big KUDOS to all of you Dunkin Donuts fine employees who deserve more than a tip from us customers. I would like to push for an employee bonus for the best rated Dunkin Donuts weekly. I have been coming to this restaurant regularly for a few weeks while my kids are at a nearby camp. Some days I even hang out here for a few hours. The food and coffee are consistently good, the atmosphere is comfortable, the bathrooms are always clean and in good condition, and the staff are extremely friendly. It is an excellent location all around. My only suggestion to management would be to start refilling customers' reusable cups again. Covid is mostly over and this was never a significant transmission risk in the first place. We still want to do our part for the planet. Overall, I give the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect rating of 5.
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The take out meal option was available and we found it to be excellent. The price per person was very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. The food was delicious and we rated it a 5 out of 5. The service was also outstanding, receiving a 5 out of 5 rating. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, earning another 5 out of 5. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant for a great dining experience.
The donuts have become a shadow of what they once were. I used to look forward to going to Dunkin’ Donuts with my dad on Sunday morning. I has so many favorites: powdered lemon, maple glazed, apple fritter, Boston cream and jelly. The size of the donuts now are so small and the aftertaste lingers and is not pleasant. I don't have much to add that hasn't already been said. This place in Boston is truly an institution known for serving the best coffee in town. The added bonus of a fantastic app makes ordering and skipping the line a breeze.

It's disappointing that the restaurant doesn't offer single munchkins for babies, only selling them in sets of 5 for almost $2. Additionally, they don't have chocolate available when requested.
