One word- horrible. Manager Monica is a complete joke of a manager. They made a coffee wrong last night. I did my due diligence and called them ahead and was told to come in and they would remake it. When I arrived the manager harassed me for a receipt or the coffee itself. I said ma'am I threw it out and your employee didn't tell me to bring any of that, otherwise I would have. I drove out here and you're going to pull this on me over a 3 dollar coffee are you serious? When asking for a district manager contact info she gave it to me all cocky and confident like she's resistant from any possible action that her management may take on her for behaving like this. I was really impressed with the customer service at this restaurant yesterday, Sunday, June 20th, around 5 PM. I wanted to order an iced tea, but they were out due to the hot weather. The staff recommended their regular tea, which I was assured would be great. Instead, I ordered an iced coffee, and it was fantastic – it kept me energized all the way through this morning! Delicious! I might just become a lifelong fan of their ice cream. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and wanted to share my positive experience. The staff member, who was managing everything with such alertness even on a hot Sunday afternoon at the end of June, made my visit even better.
