I believe this is the Dunkin' Go in Whitman, MA. I ordered two churro signature lattes with four sugars, and all I got was milk. There was barely a shot of coffee in it, and it definitely didn’t have any churro flavor—this isn't an exaggeration. The drink was a dirty white color and tasted like straight milk with sugar. By the time I caught a glimpse of it and noticed how white it was (coffee shouldn't be that color), I had already driven off. I took a sip anyway just to see what was going on, and it was indeed just milk. I would have gotten a refund if I had ordered inside, but since it was a drive-thru order, there was nothing I could do once I left. I ended up pouring the coffee (or milk)...
Every time I order iced coffee at this location, they fill the cup with a full amount of ice but don’t fill it with coffee all the way. After just five sips, the coffee is gone, and I'm left with just ice. I'm not sure who trained the staff here, but it's frustrating.
Ordered 2 coffees and 2 muffins..was told dd card wouldn't cover it...so paid in cash. When home..went to che k balance to see activity and found the transaction did go thru so I paid twice...thus is ridiculous ..will never return here.
A teenage worker at the window seemed to have it out for me. He was being difficult and looked quite angry! I hadn’t done anything to him—I didn't even know him. He kept making snide comments and putting me down.
