I'm usually not one to write reviews, but the transaction I had this morning was unacceptable. I have tried to order my free coffee for the national coffee day through the app. from any reason after several would try the payment not going through. okay, that is clearly not the fault of this device. but after waiting in a rather long line, I get the loudspeaker to place my order. the woman who took the order was very rude. I had to repeat my order several times when she screamed. I guess after repeating it several times I was flustered and shortened my taste regularly to vanilla instead of sugar free vanilla. I haven't been to a Dunkin' in a while since I no longer have one in my area. However, the employee was less than helpful when I was trying to place my order. I didn't know the varieties of donut holes available and I said this but he didn't tell me so I ordered commonly available varieties. Also I wasn't given sweetener for my coffee. I dropped a friend off at the airport so I was excited to find a Dunkin' but when I inquired about the restroom I was told the lobby was closed. It was early morning so this might be routine but I was an hour away from home and unable to fully enjoy my coffee.
We brought some donuts, they were literally stale, we had to put everything in the garbage. All the donuts were stale, tasted wet (from soaking up grease) and very disappointing. I would probably not come here again.
I usually get only one hot coffee. but today I ordered the maple bacon egg and cheese croissant. yes it was good and they can taste the taste in the speck
