I placed an order for 3 coffees. Agnes, the cashier repeated each order correctly. I heard her tell someone, medium not small ...I assume she was talking about my order in between taking my donut order. Wait time was longer than usual. In a hurry, I grabbed my order and went home, just to realized that one of my coffee was the wrong size. I paid for medium caramel macchiato, the label on the cup has medium on it and so as my receipt but got a small size instead. I went back and told Agnes. They changed the size however missed the most important part...NO APOLOGY FOR THE MISTAKE and INCONVENIENCE! This is not usual, it 's the way the entire crew practices in this location. This Dunkin’ Donuts location is absolutely terrible. The service is extremely slow and disorganized, and they don't seem to get drink orders right. I ordered an iced coffee, paid for it, stepped outside to grab my phone, and when I came back in, the woman who was in line after me had already received her drink. I had to remind the employee to make mine. It's complete chaos there. The review beneath mine is obviously fake; they even took pictures behind the counter! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Don't even bother reaching out to Dunkin' corporate because they really don't care; each location is a franchise owned by separate individuals.
Excellent service with quick turnaround. There’s only one table, but the space is quite spacious, allowing for a comfortable waiting area. Orders are taken and delivered promptly. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to families with children.
I placed an order through Uber Eats for a roasted chicken and pepper wrap, but it never arrived. The service was clearly disappointing, and I feel like I wasted $6. I won't be ordering from here again.

Omg. I ordered an egg sandwich and the guy had plastic gloves on but was wiping his nose with the gloves on and continued to make a sandwich! Omg soo gross! Never eat here!!!
Lady is kinda antisocial. She’s not the best person to be doing customer service. She probably needs an office job where no one comes there.
