When I got home and opened the box of Munchkins, I was appalled to find at least seven of them stacked on top of several crushed and damaged ones. I was truly disappointed and disgusted by how the food was handled. To make matters worse, the restaurant often has inconsistent hours and seems to be closed when they should be open. The staff frequently appears distracted; I even saw them outside while customers were placing orders. I attempted to call and express my concerns, but the young man who answered hung up on me. Overall, this experience has left me quite frustrated.
