I work at Animal Allies, and every Wednesday, I stop by the drive-thru to grab some coffee and showcase the shelter pet I'm bringing along with me for our TV segment. The staff is always enthusiastic to meet our new furry friend each week, and they consistently go above and beyond to deliver excellent service to me and the animal I have with me. The dogs often receive a little snack with my order, which is a nice touch. I always look forward to my weekly visit, and I’m never disappointed because of their quick and friendly service!
these poor girls. who runs this place must find out how to hire more people. I ordered and came in, because it wrapped a series of cars around the building. after 30 minutes I wait for my order because they were so after. their manager didn't answer the phone and there were three girls who wanted to seize like 50 commands. I'm afraid I'd just watch if I were her, I would have gone out. better for their employees!
Got my order wrong twice. Had to wait almost 30 minutes for the replacement. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they didn't sit there and take orders from the drive-through with people who came 10 minutes after those in line inside the building already waiting. I understand being busy, but kinda ridiculous to mess up an order twice. Not going back for a long time.
I really enjoy this place! My only complaint is that I wish they would use tamper seals on items when ordering through DoorDash. On my last order, I picked up a bag and found that one of the four donuts had a bite taken out of it before it was put in my pocket. Other than that, I absolutely love this restaurant! loves me a little. only on the bottom is, I wish they would put tamper seals on objects when the order by a door apron! last order I had picked up from the person, and I got 4 donuts that they took a bite and put back in my pocket! others I love this place. try the orange blood drink!
the driving-dru experience was the worst experience of all time. they were very rude and would not give us time to order. I would not recommend this dunkin, especially because the workers were not respectful.
Drinks were good. My glazed donut was nothing special. Especially when all the glaze was at the bottom of the bag and not on the donut.

The iced coffee was fantastic, and the donuts were incredible! I'm so thrilled that Dunkin’ is making a comeback in Minnesota!
