I very very rarely say this, but this is definitely a DD to avoid. I know that it is directly across the street from the Turtle Back Zoo, but the 2 times that I have been here have been such a hassle... They get our orders wrong so badly each and every time, it kind of feels like that the employees don't care in the slightest. They make something close to what you order. If you want a coffee light and sweet, you might get extra milk no sugar... When most of the reviews about this place complain about the terrible service, it must be true haha! This is my favorite Dunkin’ in the area. I absolutely love Angel, she always does a great job and the staff is friendly. I don’t recommend coming here in the 20 40 minutes before school starts since that’s when it is most busy, but other than that, I haven’t had unreasonable waits here. The interior is clean and cool, and yet I always use the driveway. I love this Dunkin’ because they have pumpkin flavor all year.
At the time of my visit, in the late evening, there was a sign that orders were taken only through the DK-App orders or the in-store kiosk. I have never seen a Dunkin Donuts that is so thoughtfully decorated as if it were a professional co-working room. The workers were very polite and accommodating, especially since I visited near the closing time. After all, the coffee was as expected.
I normally use the drive thru and it's great. The staff are professional and try to get everyone through the line as quickly as possible. Never have I had a bad experience and I like seeing Angel and all the others giving me my order. It's a great way to start the day. Excellent job.Thank you.Sir John ?

Love starting my day at Dunkin' Donuts! The variety of donuts is fantastic, and their iced coffee is the best. The service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. A reliable go-to for quality coffee and tasty treats. Five stars all the way!
Best staff in West Orange! This place thrives because the staff are committed and have great customer service. They make satisfying the caffeine addiction as painless as possible…even when they are swamped…and that is everyday.
I love this location. Very friendly, they get my order correct everytime. My sister and I go there every morning! They even give my doggie a treat! We love “Friend” at the order window, she knows our voice and order by heart!
This Dunkin’ is fantastic! Angel is incredible—I've never had to wait for my food or drinks! The beverages are consistently excellent, and the staff, in general, is wonderful!
