Each time I visit this Dunkin', which is conveniently located near my home, I've noticed that the manager often has a problematic attitude towards me and other customers. The manager frequently appears overwhelmed and seems indifferent to the patrons. On one occasion, a cashier named Theny was handling food while wearing gloves. When another customer and I expressed our concerns, she dismissed us and passed the task on to another employee. I attempted to speak with the manager, but he was unavailable. Worst Dunkin you can ever walk into. They always make the order wrong and will definitely not give you any promos that are going on. Their line is “Oh you have to have the app (which I do). Scans my app but charges me full price every single time. They have a nasty attitude as well. Oh I forgot to mention they don’t have ice when you order an iced coffee ?. I’m quite disappointed with this Dunkin’ location. I’ve visited several times during the week, only to be told they don’t have milk or any alternative options. This makes me reluctant to come back. Management, please take note of this issue.
