This place is very unprofessional! I applied here and they told me that they were hiring. I applied online as they told me to do so and I got called in for an interview. He gave me the link to log into my account and I had to watch almost 50 long videos for training! Half was Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and donuts and the other half was baskin robins. I filled out my w-2 forms and everything. They told me I got the job and they even gave me the shirt and cap. The manager shawn told me that I’ll be in training for a week and that it’s unpaid. The staff here is friendly and attentive, and the service is usually quick when I'm not around. The food is quite good. My family enjoys classic donuts, so we always find what we're looking for. However, the ice sometimes appears to have been sitting out for a while—perhaps it's not a high-traffic location? One minor issue is that the sweet cold foam never seems to resemble the pictures or what I've experienced at other Dunkin' locations. I attempted to bring this to the manager's attention, but he seemed rather indifferent.
Today, I placed a clear order for a cappuccino, but the girl kept repeating it back to me as a latte. We went back and forth about three times—cappuccino, latte? Then, to top it off, they forgot my coffee altogether. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my coffee order. How does that happen? I received my donuts and sandwich, but I had to remind the girl about my coffee because I was waiting so long.
Customer service is excellent they already know my order by heart since I come everyday for the same thing too large strawberry banana smoothie with extra whipped cream and formed Bagel twist no complaints matter of fact one time the container where was coming carrying the smoothies broke and they actually replaced it so like I said I don't have no complaints with them and so far so good....

This is undeniably the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and the manager was equally disrespectful and appeared to have no real understanding of how to manage the establishment. If you're seeking a good experience, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this location. I intend to raise this issue with upper management.
Literally the worst Dunkin' in the area. Took over ten minutes to make a smoothie. Practically gave me a cup of milk when I ordered an iced cappuccino. Gave me an attitude when my on the go order was taken by someone else and suggested to just order it again before the manager stepped in and told them to make my food immediately. All on separate occasions.
I order ahead still had to wait 10minutes for my order . I understand mornings can be busy but if I order ahead and still have to wait for my order to get this bagel with cream cheese then it’s definitely not worth my money or time. I also asked for coconut milk and they put almond milk without asking me if it was okay or provide other options.
I recently ordered from UberEats and was impressed by how quickly my order arrived. The service was outstanding—truly the best experience I've had with any restaurant on UberEats, without a doubt. A big thank you to whoever prepared my order!

This restaurant is clean and has a lovely seating area. The staff was friendly to me, at least. I ordered hash browns, but they arrived cold. However, they kindly replaced them and even gave me an additional order for free.
It is a very good place and you can find parking easily and the meals are very good. Visit this place and you will be able to see for yourself and you will have a personal opinion.
